A guest finds you on Instagram, or a friend recommends you, and then books on Booking.com. You pay 15% for a guest you found yourself.
Every guesthouse on Solys gets its own booking page. Put the link in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp replies. Guests book there, you pay 0%, and the booking lands in the same calendar as everything else. One direct booking a month covers the cost of Solys.

Getting started
Whether you are coming from a notebook, Excel, or another system, the work is ours, not yours.
We enter your rooms, rates and coming bookings, and connect Booking.com, Agoda and Airbnb. You do not type anything in.
Keep the spreadsheet or the old system going alongside Solys. We check the two match before you close it.
In Dhivehi or English. Most front desks are comfortable in two days.
Bookings, guests and invoices can be exported at any time. That is written into the agreement.

Most guesthouses run a café. In 2027 the café bill will be rung up in Solys, charged to the guest’s room with one tap, with service charge and TGST on the receipt and the numbers in the same MIRA return as the rooms. Founding members get it first.
Questions
No. Solys runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. Most owners run the desk from a phone and use a laptop for reports.
Check-in and housekeeping keep working offline and sync when the connection comes back. Channel updates queue and send as soon as you are online.
Solys prepares the MIRA-206 numbers from your invoices, with TGST and green tax split correctly and Maldivian guests marked exempt. You check the figures and upload them to MIRAconnect. You stay in control of your filing.
By bank transfer, payment link or cash today, all recorded against the booking. BML card payments are built and waiting on BML. Guests from overseas who book on Booking.com or Agoda pay as they do now.
The standard plan is month to month. Cancel any month. Founding members prepay 3, 6 or 12 months in exchange for the fixed price.
Not for you. We move your rooms, rates, coming bookings and guest list, and you keep the old system running for a month alongside Solys. Tell us your renewal month and we will call you six weeks before it.
